I'm Tex from Delaware (while wearing a 49ers cap)

We just bought our first home in 2010, rented all of our lives (couldn't beat the situation/deal)

For the past 2 years have done little to the house and said:
"What the Heck "
"What was the builder thinking "
"Oh **** .... WHERE'S the cut off "
a few times.

Time to see what I can break and the wife will tell me how to fix it because she sells china and knows everything from watching DIY!
