First the name was a joke, and now it is a nightmarish reality. My name is Joshua and I have a big big house that is nothing the way we want it. The dimensions and floorplan we (or should I say she?) loves. But it needs some wall repair, flooring, cabinets, appliances, jungle removal and a few windows.
I live in Ohio and I think I am the only guy with a jungle for a yard. Bought a foreclosed home and got a great deal, after we closed is when she surprised me by saying so she won't let me flip. Making the best of it I will just spend the money and invest the time to make it what we want I guess. So I am making this a second home for a couple years. I am young yet, so I don't know if I can help answer many questions but would love to ask a few.
