If you ain't a tanker...

Been registered here for about a year and forgot about it. Figure I should check things out and maybe help when I can.

I own a couple of businesses and do wood inlay. Be it for floors, walls, ceilings or furniture. Whatever the customer wants, the customer gets. I now am the proud owner of a milling operation that I acquired dirt cheap due to the economy's present enviroment.

I'll attempt to keep things civil. Not 100% sure that is feasible.

Oh, I also belong to ContractorTalk. That is how I've ended here. No more worthy discussions over there...

I read that thread, tried to create an account and it said there was already someone here with that name. I was all peeved off that someone would steal my name until I tried to log in with my password and realized that, that dickweed was me!

Cdat, you just provided me with a much needed chuckle. Thanks.

As far as I can tell, not a lot of mining going on in Flint, that is my line of work. So whether you are lying or not I would be SOL there, 'cept a $1 house might be fun!

Yes you can buy 'em for 1 dollar but you have to live in them for 3 years after that. Not rent them out. Not tear them down. Of course you might have to evict a drug dealer or three 1st. Police won't go in those areas to help you either.

Only wrinkle is that y'all have passed legislation that non-US citizens cannot posses firearms in the US, even us docile canucks, so I couldn't defend myself from "your fellow americans"!
