Hi, my name is Max and I've just bought my first home. While most things were repaired prior to the purchase of the house, I'm definitely finding that I'm going to need to learn how to be very, very handy.

The day I moved in, I realized how many minor things needed some kind of repair/maintenance. I'm not completely clueless, but I've realized that I really know nothing about basic plumbing repair, much less repairs that inherently require extensive knowledge.

I'm looking forward to learning a lot, and reading everyone's posts.
