Ok...most of us don't actually say "howdy", but "y'all" is a pretty safe bet. I'm a weekend warrior and residential investor. I stumbled upon this forum searching for reviews on kitchen cabinets. There is definitely lots of great input here!
As far as my username, my family and I generally buy a home in need of TLC and give it the love that it needs over our two-year "stay", and sell sometime after that. As long as my wife and kids aren't tired of the cycle, we'll keep it going.
