Howdy from Newton, MA and Thornton, NH
Currently living in Newton, MA in a 70-yr old house but moving soon to a brand new house in Thornton, NH, up in the White Mountains and will be slowing down into semi-retirement. I've a modicum amount of DIY knowledge and can do most stuff by myself but I am always tackling more difficult projects (like the new patio I plan on putting in at the new house.)
