Howdy DIYs
Hello
Stumbled upon this site the other day when looking for options on laying heated underlayment between a slab and ceramic tile. While that project budget feel short, I am proceeding with a variety other evening and weekend jobs. My house is about 45 years old and had a major renovation about 25 years ago. Two additions, making a standard rectangle ranch into an H ranch (extended garage, new master bedroom, new spare bed and new family room). I have 3 new furnaces being installed next week. Payed about $6K for all three, and will get $1500 in tax credit. So $1500/each was a deal I couldn't pass up. My existing furnaces are 24 yrs old and only about 60% efficent. Other then that I am removing wallpaper in my kitchen, with the help of some DIF, it isn't too bad. Also tiling a bedroom and doing some wiring. I can see me using this site often, looking for everybody's valuable input... |
Welcome, DC. Greetings!
Be safe, Gary |
