Hi and welcome to the site.

I'm sure that you will be able to find some useful information regarding Hardiplank installations here, as there has been much previous discussion about it.

About 10 years ago i built a room on the back of my house.I put T111 siding on it , i'm thinking about putting hardiplake on it.My question is how do i seal along the bottom to keep water out and should i put a moisture barrier on the T111 before i put anything on.
