Hi all,
My wife and I have a modest track home located in a beautiful community north of San Diego. Nearly everyone on our block has done major remodeling during the 'real estate' balloon days. We've pretty much done small things on a 'pay as you go basis'. I recently layered our fireplace wall with ledgestone laminate on all four sides and built custom built ins for it to house stereo etc. I also have slate tiled much of the floor, the remainder will be wood - someday. Right now we're installing an above ground swimspa - long promised to my wife. That's how I found this site - searching for some guidelines on burying power lines etc. Well, thanks for any help you may be kind to offer.
