Hi from Winnipeg

Hi - new user. My current project is a cottage on Lake Winnipeg. Just over 100sf with a loft. I have ordered a prefab and just got my building permit. Now to nail down a foundation contractor!

Hi from Winnipeg

That sure sounds like a fun project---Did you leave a zero off your square footage size-??

100 Sq foot is only 10 x 10---If so I think you can get it done quickly!!!!---

Welcome and have fun here.---Mike---

Hi from Winnipeg

Good thing you caught that before the concrete was set.

Post some progress pictures--this sounds like a nice project---Will you start soon or wait till spring?

Hi from Winnipeg

Welcome. Approximately where on Lake Winnipeg. My grandparents had a cottage at Matlock, and I sailed on the lake for years. Remember the old Lord Selkirk II?
