Hi, new here. Hoping my experience will be of assistance

Hi

I own a construction company in Canada, and have been in the construction industry for over 40 years. The last 15 have been behind a desk as an administrator/manager/estimator/employer. In my 25 years of active hands on work, I was able to do most restorations without hiring outside help if need be. Carpentry, drywall, roofing, plumbing, concrete, tiling, landscaping,

My goal here, is as a part time hobby seeing if I can provide answers or solutions to construction related problems of any kind. Including dealing with subtrades, suppliers, or simply just renovation type questions.

I've joined with the intention of having this as one of my outside work hobbies. [Since I can't golf in the winter here]

If someone has a question or a problem relating to do it yourself or even problems involving subtrades or suppliers or what not, please post your question and send me a private notice to alert me. Otherwise I will browse around occasionally and add what I can, time allowing. I'm on the computer from roughly 5:00 a.m. Pacific time to early evenings, just about 7 days a week.

Cheers

Talk to you later.

Hello doasyousay and welcome to the best darn DIY"r site on the web.

Jump right in, grab a cold Molson, and endure constant questions, some of them are even interesting, then there the clever bantering (the best part).

Again welcome aboard.

Thanks

Yes, the bantering. I was a member/moderator of a sports related forum for several years. Quite entertaining at times.
