Hi folks

Hi there. I'm building a couple of electric smokers and I needed some specific advice.

Should be fun, and delicious!

Hi folks

That is a little unusual introduction on a wood working forum but come on in, glad to have you. I am reinstalling an element and controls in my smoker at this time so maybe some one here can help you. If not you may want to try these folks.
