Hi everyone

I found this site while looking for an answer to a question I'm having with some wiring at home. I'm 28, I live in Brooklyn, NY, and I've done some interesting home improvements for people around here using found materials often, turning them into walls, doors and lofts. I've also made furniture for store displays and I was working in a scene shop for a few years. I just got back to the NE after nearly a year of traveling.
I like figuring out how to engineer things that will be functional, structural and enjoyable to use, and I've done lots of standard framing and loft/deck construction. Hopefully I can be of use to once in a while here - I'm glad to have found this site.
I don't know much about electricity, though, and I hope someone can help me with this question I have, too! (In the Electrical forum)
Thanks, and good to meet ya!!
