Hi everyone!

I am a retired flooring mechanic.
I have been "Flipping Houses" for the last 2 yrs.
I know a lot about some things, a little about many things, and some about most things.
I am not a licensed pro but give sound advice.
My lady and I are starting our own small, 700 sf home. We will be asking questions about things which we don't have a lot of experience or knowledge about.
Thanks to the Admin for hosting this venu and thanks in advance for all your help!
A special Heartfelt thanks to our Servicemen and women and their families. Job WELL DONE! Come home safe and soon!
