Hi from the deep south
 

My name is Logan and my wife is Kim. We are new home owners from southern Louisiana. We just bought a property with 7acres, 3 ponds, 2 workshops, and a 1200 sqft home for 80K.

I will be making a thread in the projects section about our first renovation. It started no more than 2 hours after closing, and has turned from a small project to a large renovation.

Lots of pics, and Im sure questions too...seems like alot of people on here so hopefully we will get some great info from thsi site...
