Hi from Alexandria, Virginia

I'm living in a 35 year old house where everything is starting to wear out -- like the plumbing, the roof, the various tile floors, etc. I am currently in the middle of two bathroom renovations and have found a very easy going and competent contractor with a great working crew. Am currently trying to figure out how much to tip the guys when the job is done. Any suggestions on what would be appropriate? Many thanks in advance.
