hey, congrats. im in the exact same shoes. im about to become a first time homeowner. roughly mid july. been looking forward to it for a while now. i watch diy all the time and can't wait to do all my own maintenance with the help i can find on here.

hey florcraft. i traveled to alaska a couple of summers ago.
easily my favorite place i have ever been.
i spent a week in anchorage where my cousin and his wife live and than a week in nome where the rest of my family lives. my aunt is a doctor and her husband flys medivacs. since it was summer. it was truly one of the greatest experiences of my life. fishing, hotsprings, atv's around town when its 2 am and sunny. alaska is great.
