hello from upstate ny

hi everyone:
i'm an hvac mechanic for a large area school district. i have seen unbelieveable technological advances since i started the job in 1987. i'm due to retire next year, but want to stay in the trade somehow without service working, i've had a replacement knee. i want to avoid crawling, kneeling, etc.

joecaption:
great suggestion. this week i'm also checking into being a home energy auditor for green homes america, they're a doitall company. hvac, insulation, windows, etc. the last house i owned was a very solidly built ranch house from the 1950's. absolutely no insulation in the walls apparently this was common in those days. with our reputation for awful winters, this amazes me a lot of houses were built this way.

biggles:
great video, someday i'm coming down there to see a Yankees game in the new stadium. as far as mayhem goes, hvac guys seem to thrive on it. do you remember those old Nokia phone commercials where a guy juggles a running chainsaw, a birthday cake, and some other impossible thing? that's it guy, we're jugglers. have a good week.
