I've been in the restaurant/bar business for about 15 years and have always wanted to learn about refrigeration systems and air conditioning units. Ever since reading how my propane fridge at the cottage worked (amazed me at time!). I'm looking forward to meeting people who have been in the business for years and continuing my "education".
