Hello from Pompano Beach, Florida

trobar Newbie   Join Date: Nov 2008 Posts: 2	Hello from Pompano Beach, Florida I am a native of south Florida and have been looking at one or two acre parcels in north Florida with the intention of relocating if and when I can find something I can afford. Thus far, what I can afford are "handy-man fixer uppers" and, I am being very generous with that description. I am not a man , and although I have been described as quite handy for a female, I am certain that for renovating an old house I will need considerable help and guidance from experienced and knowledgeable individuals I used google to search for "renovating florida pine cottage" as I looked at one last week (built 1945) and it certainly would require extensive renovations. I am very pleased to be here and can see that I am in very good company!
