hello from PA!

We have an 80 year old semi-detached house that needs work from top to bottom. I'm doing my best to blog/take photos/keep tabs on the whole project so that I can look back and see the progress. It is three floors, 4 bedrooms (2 on each of the top two). One of the bedrooms will be an office when we are done. The first floor is kitchen with eat in bar style table, dining room (we put in a built in bar and made that a music room for our piano..guitars etc) foyer, living room with fireplace, and sun room. It's a lovely house but man what a project!


There is also a huge basement...but I don't even want to go there (we are two blocks from the river). It could certainly be worse...but not likely it will ever be much but storage.

I look forward to getting and giving tips from these forums. It seems that there is a lot of experience here.
