Hi All,
My wife and I bought our first house a year ago, it's a 4-level side split built in 1966...plaster over gypsum walls, plank subflooring, old plumbing, some aluminum wiring, inadequate insulation/
VB, a roof replacement, and a previous not-so-careful DIY'er owner have kept me busy. Pretty standard things when owning a home I'm sure. I've been lucky to have learned a lot about doing my own work from my dad growing up.
I joined this forum because I have a roof leak and have found many helpful threads here to help me...looking forward to reading and learning a ton more!
