Hello all. I am about to be a new home owner of a 1970's brick home. We searched a long time to find an older brick home with the size and land we need. As closing approaches, I am eager and excited to get started on all of my DIY dreams and ideas. The home is VERY 70's on the main living areas but does have a nice fully finished updated basement.
We are located in northwestern NC. Excited to check out some of the topics here!
Also should have mentioned a little about myself...My name is Shay, happily married and mom to a 10 year old daughter who is just as excited as I am in the DIY projects!
