Hello from a Newbie

Hello from New Hampshire. I am working on our old (late 1800s) New Englander-style house to get it ready to sell. I have a lot to do, and much of it involves things I've never done before, and I'm learning as I go. If I do any of these things on the next house, I expect I'll do a much better job! Also am working alone, so I have to be pretty resourceful at times. Right now I'm trying to beat the cold weather -- just finished patching and resealing the driveway, am working on prepping the wood trim for painting, and getting ready to work on tuckpointing the brick foundation. Once these things are done and everything outside is put away for the winter, I can start inside. I have a multitude of questions and will try to find the appropriate threads to ask them. Good luck to all who are working on projects and thanks in advance to those who give advice to us novices.
