Hello from new home owner

Hi,

Just joined the forum. I am a relatively new home owner. 3 bedroom 2bth ranch with a finished basement, built from an existing structure is 14 years old. I live in Summit NJ. I am looking forward to many new Diy projects. So far I have done some air sealing and insulation work, replaced closet hardware, installed some new light switches and plates, painted, fixed some holes in the wall and built an outside floor/decking on my terrace. there is always more to do. On the list:
Update bathroom and kitchen
Replace rug in bedrooms with flooring
Replace bathroom vent fans... Just to name a few..

I am looking forward to learning and sharing what I know.

Wheats, Welcome to the Forum

It looks like you are already off to a good start on your to-do list.
There is a wealth of info here where I learn new things on every visit.
Two things that help is learning how to search the Archives and how to post pics.
