Hello and need Help with water and steel siding problem

Hello, After all of the rain that we have had, I am starting to get rain onto the concrete floor of my sunroom thru the wall plate and the concrete floor where it joins. My problem is that I have Alcoa steel siding and want to know how this can be repaired since the siding is installed at the bottom first and then finished upword. At least 8 inches of siding would have to be removed and then repaired somehow after the leaking area was fixed. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated since we were under a drought for 2 years and now the rain does not want to stop. Just tired of cleaning up wet stagnent and mold starting water inside my sunroom. Thanks again and like I said any help will be greatly appreciated.
Steve from North Central Texas.
