Hello from NE Georgia

Hi Everyone!

Recently retired. Never had much time for big projects until now. I've got a 100 year old house. 'Nuff said.

Looking forward to help and tips from experienced DIYers.

So far I've...

Built a small one story barn with shed roof at my mother's farm.
Wired my basement.
Built lower kitchen cabinets from scratch and installed new sink & dishwasher.
Currently screening in my front porch.

Try to use screws instead of nails wherever possible, cause it's easier to unscrew than unnail.
