hello from NC

hi everyone, I am new to the forum and looking forward to learning as much as I can. I am in the demo phase of a huge home renovation of a 1940's Cape cod in Five Points, and I am wanting to do as much of the work as possible. Reno will include a new half bath, changing up the floor plan and a complete kitchen redesign. Please be patient as I know I may need to ask for a lot of advice. (and yes, I have hired an engineer, will be submitting the plans for all permits and will sub out where necessary).
