Hello...from midwest state
I'm in the midwest.
We own two homes, one is a rental. My husband and I are trying to do as many of the repair projects on our own to save money but want to keep with code and fix things correctly. We have had more than a few challanges come up. Our rental home was our last home we decided not to sell when we purchased our current home due to market conditions. It makes more sense for us to fix that place up slowly, and we do have plans to use it in the future if needed when selling our current home. We have had more that a few problems with both homes, so we hope to learn alot, and get things fixed. We have no kids, but we do have dogs/cats and a bird. Thanks in advance for any help!!!!

I so love this site as it has given me so much in food for thought let alone the experience to fix those issues. You will find a wonderful blend of information, places to look for further answers, let alone the humor that in some of the threads you will find
