Hi...Three years back we bought an old house, built in 1906. Lots of projects and lots of questions.

My money pit is about that old too. I'll bookmark this. Mine's a money pit because for some stupid reason in the 60's they thought paneling was nice and ripped out the French doors and all the old oak woodwork. We're slowing putting it back, but I'm still looking for old maple flooring to repatch (they did a crappy job) where the old registers were. I finally found replacement registers, but the floors still need help.
