Hello from Indiana

Hello all. I've been lingering around the forum for awhile taking in information and it has been very helpful. I'm a first-time homebuyer that recently purchased a 1930 Bungalow-style home. It is 2-story, 4 bed, 2 bath with tons of original woodwork. It also comes with alot of already finished BEAUTIFUL hardwood. The dining room and kitchen floors are covered with ugly lino, but the hardwood underneath looks excellent.

Here I am, in the 'introductions' talking about my house...but i'm immensely excited about getting to work on everything that I've got planned for the house...and can't help but talk about it.

Other planned renovations include lots of paint, replacing some plaster with drywall, adding a driveway, remodeling the kitchen and one bathroom, and changing out some light fixtures. Other than that I'm sure I'll be adding projects as we go.

So that's the house story- thank you for all of the help so far and look forward to getting started.
