Hello all! Semi-retired HVAC guy here

I will help where I can, and ask for help when needed.
Have owned a small commercial HVAC business for 30 years, here in Kansas City Mo.
Sold my last business to a big Corp out of Chicago, they paid me some and didn't pay me the bulk, guess that's why they are a big Corp. out of Chicago..:(
We travelled for 4 years, spent Winters on South Padre Island, Spring break and all..
Now back to the old grindstone..
Take care, Ozz

abbet,
Sorry it took so long to get back to you.
A ballpark figure is 450 sq. ft. per ton for a home. There are really a ton of variables, but for a 1500 sq. ft. home, we usually see a 3 to 3.5 ton A/C unit.
Hope that helped a little.
Jim
