Hello All

Just a quick hello. I am brand new here to this forum and am excited about all the information and tips I am going to learn. I just bought a house that was built in the 1830's. Needs a ton of work, but my dream home. I live on the east coast with my husband and son.

Hello All

Welcome
I've lived in two 1800s houses
They have some special needs, and will provide you with some interesting challenges
But they offer character and charm you will never get from a new house, ever, for any price
