I thought I'd finally join, since I've haunted the forums every so often.
You can call me Sweetie, since, I've never been real comfortable giving out my info online . My husband and I are in the final process of buying our first little home after renting for nearly 2 years. We're incredibly excited.
Anyhow, the home was originally built in 1911, it's 970 sqft and needs quite a bit of work (the heating is baseboard, the bathroom is just... ew... and the whole thing just needs a facelift). We knew we would have our hands full, but happily so! I love the freedom of being able to update and style the house to my liking.
Welcome to the forums! Glad you both could make it here..... I'll call you JS.
