Hello..

Hey. I'm a crossover from the cleaningtalk forum. I figured I may be of at least some use here, since the building we own is a real fixer-upper. Got it two years ago, and we are totally revamping it, knocking out walls n such. I mostly clean up after everything that my fiance and his dad knock over, but I also have fun with the drywalling, and pretty much whatever else I can get my hands into.

Our project is a 5 apartment (which I used to manage so I cleaned after tenents consantly) and 3 storefront building, with a small bank next door. The larger building (we live in one of the apartments, the rest of the place is empty) burned down in the late 40's, and was rebuilt on the same foundation, used to be an old motel n storefronts. (Will post pictures later if wanted).

The old bank still has the origional vault, and is over 100 years old.

We have a LOT of work to do on both, so sharing may be usefull.

Nice to meet everyone.
