Hi everyone! I finally decided to join after periodically searching the forum for answers to my home improvement questions for several months.

I bought a condo 6 years ago with my now ex-husband. It was built in 1969 and has had virtually no improvements since then. Since then, improvements have been done here and there when time allowed. I got a divorce earlier last year, so now I'm enjoying working on the improvements by myself. Most recently, I replaced all the baseboard trim on the first floor and today I'm finishing the trim around the windows. I spend more time at Home Depot than most single women, probably.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to having a group of people to help me figure out answers to my questions!
