I'm sure I'll be here frequently as I've found very valuable information already trying to fix my wife's childhood home built in the 1800's (typical for this area). What I'm lacking is experience and knowledge in home repairs so what I can do I'm doing so with the help of my next door neighbor. Let the fun continue
