Handy man, but not a Handy Man

So the military has had me move many times. It seems like every house I've rented has had many little problems, a couple big ones, and at least one major code violation. I guess if the home were in better condition they would sell them. So I've gone about fixed what I can in the year or 3 I've lived in each place, but this new one is going to be a new challenge in a new area. This is my first time living in the south south, Mississippi, and the things you have to deal with are different from the challenges of the west coast so it's time for help.

Looking forward to getting know you guys and gals. - John
