I love these types of forums as they are great for learning new things and sharing. We had "down-sized" from a "stick" home to a 40' RV and now we are stationary/permanent and have purchased a 1983 mobile home. It has over twice the sq ft of the rv so it will be nice. Problem is it was not maintained at all. My father was a plumber who did many other types of construction and was a "jack of all trades" type. So I am very handy and a do it yourself type of person. I love going to Home Depot better than clothes or jewelry shopping. When we sold our big house i took out the "vise" from my garage workbench and it is still in my car until I can mount it to my new workbench! I look forward to all the advice in the forum.
