Hi...

My name is Dave and am recently one of those 1 in 10 americans that President Obama calls unemployed. I live west of Madison Wisconsin. My father was recently placed in a nursing home so I have lots of "fix it" jobs to do around his house since he has done nothing since 1969. It keeps my mind occupied while I wait for the phone to ring and the job offers to come in! ROFLMAO

I have recently upgraded the electrical service from 60 amp to 200 amp. NOTE...DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS PROJECT UNLESS YOU ARE CONFIDENT YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING or have a good electrician Mentor you can contact when you have questions... Electricity can KILL!

There is this old chicken coop that the windows are falling out of, the floor is rotten, the studs are rotton... that I am in the process of repairing.....that is my main project now. Im not sure what I will do with it, a garden shed perhaps? Maybe a cabin? Suggestions?

Stay tuned Ill be adding pics as I go along and be asking lots of questions.

I have built several garages and 1 new home, done lots of remodeling on the other houses I have owned, but this 1900's house and outbuildings sure make me scratch my head and ask "how did they do that back then"?
