Greetings From Western Canada

Hello from Western Canada. I'm based in Vancouver but work from Vancouver all the way up to Winnipeg. I've joined the site to learn how to save money by doing things on my own, and perhaps I can help others along the way when it comes to commercial/industrial/residential low slope to steep slope roofing.

Feel free to PM me with any roofing related questions you may have!

Welcome: Roofers are always needed, they "give us Shelter".

Just so you do not feel ignored, I wanted to say that any ideas and or expertise that you bring to the group is appreciated, and welcome, although some here might not want to hear the correct way to do it, they still need to hear the correct way.

And if they so choose to ignore your advise do not get upset, as their ignorance will "bite them" someday.

Now back to you.

WELCOME

ED

Thanks Ed! I've been on other forums that didn't seem to helpful and I came across this site. So far the feeling seems good and it seems that there aren't too many trash talkers or wanna-be contractors.

Yup, roofers provide you with the proper shelter and I'm more than willing to share my experience with anyone who needs help. Roofing is one of the most expensive projects a homeowner or builder can face and yet it's one of the most overlooked. Feel free to ask questions, I'll be around rain or shine.
