Greetings from Sunny Southern California

My wife and I just purchased a condo in Long Beach, California. We are expecting our first child (Scott) in July.

The property is uniquely arranged. It's actually two condo units being sold as one (stacked vertically, with an interior stairwell).

We are planning to dismantle one of the two kitchens and remodel the four bathrooms.

Thank you!

The home inspection didn't go so well, as you can see from the other thread.
