Greetings from Jayhawk Country

Just found this board today and decided to jump right in. My full time profession is law enforcement, but I like to find things to work on around the house to unwind. My house was built approximately 2 years ago, and I have just decided to finish the basement. I even went out and bought a framing nailer (Senco Framepro 701 XP) for the project. I'm just a couple of days into the construction, but I can already see that the nailer was a very worthwhile purchase. Anyways, glad to be aboard! Lots of good info here....

Lucky for you, you will be done in no time.

I am screwing my framing in.
So, for me, it's drill a pilot hole, change the bit on the drill, and put the screw in.
