Hi All,

Im Lisa from Edmonton, just bought a older home, post war 1950's! I want to finish the basement as it is all cement and very cold in the winter! Any and all suggestions on how to insulate it properly! Now that winter is over, I think...I would like to get to work on it asap!
PS. Our winters are very cold...-30c average
