Greetings from cold Northern Virginia

Hello everybody, have been a long time lurker, just wanted to finally say hello and thank the very smart people that help out us DIY's on this forum. I have a house built in 1972 that keeps me busy.

Greetings from cold Northern Virginia

Hey Mark!

I'm in DC and just joined; I'm a total newbie to most renovation (didnt grow up in a handy household).

Looking to find a bit of a mentor in the area in exchange for free help. If you ever have a need for a spare set of hands send me a line and I'll jump at the chance
