Greetings from California

Hello!
Just bought a house, my first. It was built in 1977, so I know I'll be needing this forum sooner or later. Just finished moving in this weekend. It was completely renovated, but ran across a few problems like old gas lines (replaced them) and stuck drains. That's been the worst of it so far.
So, just introducing meself.

Hello Joslyn and welcome to the best darn DIY'r site on the web.

When you ask for guidance many times it really helpful to post a piture of the problem, you will get much better responses that way.

Congrats on the new place.....home ownership is an experience in its self.

Mark

Greetings Back!! My father was a drywall contractor and worked on many remodels over the years. I learned a lot from him.
