Thumbs up

Greetings from Baltimore, MD

I just found this amazing site and have been reading for the last two days - I have learned more from here than any book I have ever read. What an amazing resource!

We have lived for 15 years in a townhouse built in 1883 - there always seem to be lots of small projects with lots of troubles. We are selling this townhouse and buying a stand-alone Victorian house built in 1901 (http://www.historicluthervillemd.com/)!

This fantastic site will certainly come in handy over the next few years of work!

Thanks,
Larry
