Girls with (Nail)Guns

Okay, I don't really have a nail gun. Not yet, anyway.

I am happy to find this forum now and look forward to perusing the posts. I have an older home that has been neglected, mainly because the plan was to tear it down and rebuild. That plan has now been scrapped and I'm going to start fixing up the home myself as much as possible.

My first project is to work on the drainage issues. Due to the recent hurricane and the numerous trees that were uprooted, the drainage next door (a rent house) has changed and everything is coming toward my concrete patio and against my home. this is causing one room to take in water during hard rains. I'm in the process of re-routing the gutters and will then install a french drain.

Lots of other projects, too. Can't wait to share them with y'all.
