First Time Homeowner

Hey All,

Just a quick introduction. Girlfriend and I bought a 1900 Craftsman Bungalow in NH a few months ago. I've always been handy, and now owning our own place I'm stepping it up a notch so I figured I'd better get involved in a forum dedicated to such a thing

The house is pretty recently remodeled, so mostly we've just been tackling little stuff. No emergencies yet (except the time I was doing some demo in the basement and managed to knock out a FHW heating pipe.... oops!). Just saying hi.
