First Time Homeowner

I came across the DIY Chatroom while searching for help on my first home (foreclosure). It has been setting and was not well maintain by the previous owners. So I will have many project along the way, and hoping you guys can help me out. I bought the house with the intentions of a great learning experience, lets just hope its not a horrify experience lol. I truly appreciate any and all feedback. Thanks for the help!

Welcome. And good luck with the exciting and horrifying experience ahead.
It looks like this response took 46 minutes.
What's the next question?
